Jessica is a certified Personal Trainer and Health/Weight Management Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She’s Precision Nutrition (PN1) certified and Level 1 qualified TRX training & Level 1 qualified Functional TRX training instructor. She’s also completed a 512 hour course of study in the principles and practices of Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Body Work.
Jessica grew up playing sports so her training style includes everything from bodybuilding, running, HIIT, TRX training, prenatal training, basic boxing, functional training, and group fitness, just to name a few. Her clients range from young adults to baby boomers, and she regards health and fitness as the most important aspect of life. Jessica loves to workout and looks forward to educating, helping, and motivating all her clients to achieve and surpass their training goals. Her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to live stronger, healthier, and happier lifestyles. She believes when we are at our best physically, every other area of our life seems more manageable.
