TRAINER

Austin’s background stems from athletics, where he has experience as a collegiate athlete, playing basketball for Oberlin College and then professionally for a short period. He is a lifelong fitness and wellness enthusiast.

After several years of practicing yoga, Austin decided to become certified as a yoga instructor so that he could share the skills, techniques and training methods that he has found to be most effective. He has been working with teen athletes to enhance their goals on the field, court, etc.

Austin’s aim is to push people to reach their full athletic potential.
